Elite Auditing, Ismail Hajeir Auditing of Accounts, was established as a multi-disciplinary professional firm operating in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates in 2017 and after that we established office in London, United Kingdom.  Elite Auditing – Ismail Hajeir Auditing of Account is a fruit of success of Reliance Consultation DMCC founded by Dr. Ismail M. Hajeir in 2013.

Elite Auditing, Ismail Hajeir Auditing of Accounts is also a tax agency licensed to operate under Federal Tax Authority and registered in the major freezones and most of UAE banks.

Hiring Below Position

  • Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to making offers and onboarding.
Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placements.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns and conflicts, fostering a positive work environment.
Conduct investigations and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance on performance improvement.
Contribute to talent development and succession planning.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs and communicate changes.
Address employee inquiries related to benefits.
Compensation Management:
Conduct salary surveys and ensure competitive compensation practices.
Administer salary adjustments and bonuses.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Develop and communicate HR policies in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Stay informed about changes in employment legislation.
Employee Engagement:
Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Organize events and activities to foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
years of experience in HR management roles.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and talent management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
