• Lead and oversee the hotel’s reservation department, ensuring efficient
operations. • Develop and implement reservation policies and procedures to optimize booking processes.
Manage incoming reservation inquiries through various channels, providing accurate information.
• Assist guests in booking accommodations, meeting their preferences and special
requests. • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of room types, rates, and promotions.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
