- ONBOARDING OFFICER
Job Purpose/Description:
The Onboarding Officer is responsible for the full administration of onboarding, employee attendance and pension services to ensure no interruptions occur in ADA operations in accordance with ADA policies and procedures and internal and local rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
Graduate: Four Year College (Bachelor’s Degree preferably in HR)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR Support out of which 2 in Onboarding and Administration
Min. 1 year experience in UAE Pension
Preferably has Aviation industry experience
Good working knowledge of HR practices and labor law. The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong teamwork skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Quick learner.
Ability to identify improvements and make simple decisions independently.
Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Suite.
