- AC-HVAC Senior Mechanic
Job Purpose/Description:
The Senior AC-HVAC Mechanic installs, maintains and repairs heating, ventilation, air- conditioning and refrigeration systems and other contracts and supervising the a/c mechanic
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or College graduate
5 years or above in experience related field
Able to read and interpret building regulations and codes implemented pertaining to installing air-conditioning units.
Able to write / generate detailed technical (inspection /completion) reports
Great knowledge and updated to the market of HVAC technologies
Report to General services supervisor
Able to manage a team of HVAC technician
Able to implement PM and CM work as scheduled
Able to read and understand engineering DWG-HVAC related
Strong verbal and written communication skills -English
Report to General services supervisor
