- Position: Learning & Development Executive
Qualification: MBA/PGDM/MHRM
Relevant Experience: 2-4 years
Job location: Dubai – UAE
Principle Accountability:
• Conduct training need analysis based on skill evaluation.
• Develop training materials and deliver training as per training calendar.
• Improve training effectiveness by preparing training evaluation and action plan.
