- Science HOD
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in education (a master’s degree is preferred). Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HOD and 5 years as a teacher.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of teachers, including experience with coaching and professional development.
• Knowledge of current research and best practices in subject education, and the ability to apply this knowledge to curriculum development and instructional practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in technology tools and resources for education, including interactive whiteboards, online resources, and
educational software.
