We are looking to hire an Personal Assistant with exceptional administrative and clerical skills. The ideal candidates will be impeccably skilled and organized including the ability to schedule meetings, and organize short and long-term calendars. To be successful candidates should be self-motivated and proactive, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and have exceptional communication skills, written and verbal. Previous experience as an Personal Assistant is strongly preferred.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2-4 years experience
Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
• Strong knowledge databases and tracking systems
• Fantastic organizational skills and details oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft office tools
• Excellent financial background
