Immediate hiring for
- Leasing Officer
This role will handle and coordinate all leasing activities across the organisation. The role will also require the successful candidate to be able to represent the company externally and be able to work closely with current landlords on lease renewals and amendments.
Designation
Requirements and Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree holder
2 . At least three years of experience in a similar role
3. Excellent communication skills in English, both written
and verbal
Leasing Officer
4. Good presentation skills
5. Highly analytical and with excellent negotiation skills
6. Proficiency in MS Office and database management
7. Strong understanding of authority requirements (RERA, Ejari, Tawtheeq, Civil Defense, SIRA, etc.)
