As a Cleaning and Waste Manager at you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sustainability of our facilities. You will oversee all aspects of cleaning operations, waste management, and recycling programs. This role is essential in promoting a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace
Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· 5 years of experience in cleaning and waste management, preferably in a dynamic organization.
· Knowledge of environmental regulations, waste disposal laws, and sustainability practices.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation
