We are hiring Service Desk Analyst with networking for a client based in Abu Dhabi.

Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or related fields
2-3 years work experience in service desk/customer services
Experience in IT Service Management and ITIL framework/processes
Experience in handling and managing SLAs Aware of ITIL Foundation.
Experience in using CRM/ITSM/ticketing tools
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Internet surfing, search engines, etc.
Appropriate typing speed: (English ~25 wpm)
Enthusiasm about Abu Dhabi, and knowledge of Emirate growth plans, ongoing events, and general Government services will be helpful.
Network Administration experience (Monitoring, Implementation,
Troubleshooting…etc.)
Application support knowledge and experience(SQL, DB).
System Administration experience (Access management, DNS, email…etc.).
