- Facilities Engineer
Qualification: > Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical
Engineering (UAE Attested)
Basic skills required:
> Knowledge of MEP Systems operation, repair & Maintenance (DX, VRF, Package Chiller and associated assets, Pumps, electrical & ELV assets etc.
➤ Able to prepare condition survey reports with lifecycle plan.
➤ Project and team management skills Years of Experience:
> Minimum 5 years’ (at least 3 years’ in UAE/GCC)
Language: > Excellent command of English and Arabic
Joining Preferences:
➤ Immediate joiners preferred. Should be available in UAE for Client interview
