QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills Polite and friendly demeanor with a professional appearance.
Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good computer skills for reservation management. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holldays and busy restaurant operations.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus, but not always required., as part of a team and with other departments.
Advanced level of English, Turkish and Arabic speaker is a plus.
