Job Requirements
• Supervise the Kitchen Stewards ensuring high standards.
Ensure Back of House areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards and cleaning schedules are followed and completed.
• Ensure machinery is operated properly, efficiently, safely and in accordance with the Health & Safety Manual,
* Assist in the stock take of equipment and other items as required.
Ensure team members adhere to all Health and Safety and Hygiene Regulations.
Ensure that all operational equipment is use to its appropriate function and well maintained.
Report faults, misused or damaged equipment issues to the Executive Chef.
+ Foster a productive environment and support team members in Training and Development.
Qualifications and Experience
+ 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Chief Steward or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• High school diploma in the food and beverage, Culinary or related professional area.

• Effective Communication Skills: Ability to articulate instructions and feedback
clearly with team members and other staff, ⚫ Leadership and Teamwork: Skilled in leading teams while being able to work
independently and collaboratively.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong capacity to address and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
+ Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to vanous work situations and respond effectively under pressure.
Attention to Detail: Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and operational excellence.
