Customer Service Representative
(🇦🇪 DUBAI 🇦🇪)
Urgently looking for an Arabic Female Customer Service Representative, preferably with 1-2 years of Real estate experience.
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists
Responsibilities:
– Greeting clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
– Matching clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
– Scheduling clients how they would like to be scheduled Handling client exits by assuring all current and future needs are met
– Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
– Maintain a current file/listing of residents by name and room number, emergency phone members of on-call personnel, department extensions, key personnel
– Operate computer, copier, and office machines, as directed
– Assist department directors in administrative matters
– Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, positive emphasis, calm environment throughout the facility
– Ensure that work/assignment areas are neat, and clean, and office equipment is covered before leaving such areas on breaks, end of the workday
– Provide professional and personable greetings at main reception and contact team members to alert arrival of guests
Qualifications:
– At least 1 – 3 years’ of relevant work experience
– FEMALE applicant only
– With UAE Experience is a must
-Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
– Can join immediately
The candidate must be able to join immediately and reside in the UAE.
