Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, with a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry.
Familiarity with the unique challenges and dynamics of the F&B sector.
Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
