FEMALE RESIDENT TECHNICIAN Job description
- Inspect the MEP (I-1VAC , Electrical, Plumbing equipment) on defy basis as per checklist.
- Perform maintenance and PPM related jobs as requested by site supervisors.
- Attending to client complaints and repair of minor complaints related to MEP AC , Electrical failure & Plumbing)
- Update the inventory of spares and materials at site.
- Ensure work completed is documented and communicated to the site supervisor. Skill required:
- Minimum 2-3 years MEP experience in Gulf is must
- Good Communication skills
