Key Responsibilities

As a People Partner at ADCOOP, you will act as a strategic bridge between management and employees, aligning HR practices with business objectives in the retail sector. Key responsibilities include:

• Workforce & Manpower Planning: Analyzing staffing needs, forecasting labor requirements, and supporting efficient resource allocation across retail outlets.

• Onboarding & Probation Management: Managing the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and supervising structured probation evaluations.

• Roster and Attendance Management: Overseeing store or departmental scheduling, tracking working hours, and maintaining attendance compliance.

• Performance Review & Talent Pool: Facilitating performance appraisal cycles, identifying high-potential talent, and nurturing internal succession pipelines.

• Employee Rewards & Recognition: Implementing engagement programs, incentive schemes, and recognition frameworks to boost workplace morale and retention.
