Job Description

Go Kite Travel & Tours is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to manage and expand business-to-business (B2B) operations in the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving outdoor sales initiatives, and promoting travel services to corporate clients and agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B outdoor sales activities across the UAE to achieve company growth targets.

• Identify, pitch, and onboard new corporate and agency partners within the travel and tourism sector.

• Maintain long-term professional relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.

• Conduct regular field visits, presentations, and market assessments across the UAE.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (minimum 2–3 years) in outdoor B2B sales, preferably within the UAE travel and tourism market.

• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Target-driven mindset with a passion for field sales and business development.
