Detailed Job Descriptions & Requirements

1. Facilities Management (FM) Roles

• Positions: FM Team Leader, FM Supervisor, FM Coordinator

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day facilities management operations, routine inspections, and service request resolutions.

  • Coordinate with soft and hard services maintenance teams to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

  • Manage client requests, log work orders, and supervise staff allocation on-site.

2. Engineering & Technical Roles

• Positions: Civil Supervisor, MEP Technician, Pool Technician, Plumber

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP systems, plumbing, and structural elements.

  • Inspect, balance, and maintain chemical levels and filtration systems for swimming pools.

  • Supervise civil repair works, structural finishes, and general building maintenance tasks.

3. Supervisory & Support Roles

• Positions: Landscape Supervisor, Swimming Pool Supervisor, Driver, Carwash Attendant

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage groundskeeping, softscaping, irrigation system upkeep, and team supervision.
