Open Positions & Requirements

1. Technical Manager – Civil / Structural

  • Experience Required: 15–20+ years
  • Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:
    • 15–20+ years of UAE/GCC construction experience.
    • Lead technical delivery of civil and structural works.
    • Manage design coordination and value engineering.

2. Construction Manager

  • Experience Required: 15–18+ years
  • Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:
    • 15–18+ years of UAE/GCC construction experience.
    • Lead site execution, programme, and cost management.
    • Manage subcontractors and site teams.

3. Architect – FF&E (Materials)

  • Experience Required: 8+ years
  • Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:
    • 8+ years of UAE/GCC fit-out experience.
    • Develop FF&E selections and schedules.
    • Prepare material boards and specifications.

4. Quantity Surveyor – Design Hub

  • Experience Required: 5–8+ years
  • Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:
    • UAE/GCC Quantity Surveying (QS) experience.
    • Prepare BOQs, estimates, and valuations.
    • Process interim payments and variations.

5. Senior / Lead QA/QC Engineer

  • Experience Required: 5–8+ years
  • Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:
    • UAE/GCC construction QA/QC experience.
    • Lead QA/QC inspections, ITPs, and method statements.
    • Raise and close NCRs, snags, and corrective actions.

6. Site Architect

  • Experience Required: 3+ years
  • Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:
    • 3+ years of UAE/GCC site experience.
    • Coordinate architectural drawings on-site.
    • Review shop drawings and site queries.

7. QA/QC Engineer

  • Experience Required: 3+ years
  • Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:
    • UAE/GCC QA/QC experience.
    • Conduct QA/QC inspections, ITPs, and method statements.
    • Raise and close NCRs, snags, and corrective actions.

8. Junior QA/QC Engineer

  • Experience Required: 2+ years
  • Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:
    • UAE/GCC site exposure preferred.
    • Assist with QA/QC inspections.
    • Raise and close NCRs, snags, and corrective actions.
