Job Description & Key Responsibilities

As Recruitment Manager, you will own the full-cycle recruitment strategy and execution for a diverse portfolio of business units. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across technical and corporate functions.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Oversee complete hiring lifecycles for technical, engineering, laboratory, and corporate positions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the internal recruitment team to consistently achieve hiring targets and KPIs.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and professional networking.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with department heads to understand workforce requirements and deliver timely, tailored hiring solutions.
  • Candidate Assessment & Negotiation: Conduct interviews, perform candidate evaluations, and manage salary negotiations at offer stage.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track recruitment KPIs and prepare regular hiring reports for senior leadership.
  • Employer Branding: Strengthen the organization’s employer brand and ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Requirements & Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Industry Preference: Strong background in recruiting for engineering, construction, laboratory, or technical roles is highly preferred.
  • Core Skills:
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, major job portals, and ATS platforms.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
