Job Description

⚡ Electrical Supervisor

  • Supervise daily electrical installation works on site as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and other trades for smooth workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project schedules.
  • Manage manpower, materials, and tools; prepare daily progress reports.

🔧 Mechanical Supervisor

  • Oversee mechanical works including HVAC, ducting, and equipment installation.
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings and ensure correct execution on site.
  • Lead the mechanical team, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity.
  • Maintain HSE compliance and quality standards throughout the works.

🚰 Plumbing Supervisor

  • Supervise plumbing, drainage, and water supply installation works.
  • Ensure proper pipe routing, supports, and pressure testing as per standards.
  • Coordinate with civil and other MEP teams to avoid clashes.
  • Monitor workmanship, safety, and material usage on site.

📡 ELV Supervisor

  • Manage Extra Low Voltage system installations (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, data, BMS, etc.).
  • Supervise ELV technicians and ensure termination, testing, and commissioning quality.
  • Coordinate with the main contractor and system integrators.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications and safety procedures.

👷 Foreman

  • Lead a team of tradesmen and helpers on site to execute assigned works.
  • Translate supervisor instructions into on-ground tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline of the crew.
  • Report progress, issues, and material requirements to the supervisor.

🛠️ Chargehand

  • Assist the foreman/supervisor in directing small work gangs.
  • Perform skilled work while guiding helpers and junior workers.
  • Ensure tools and materials are used properly and safely.
  • Maintain housekeeping and safety within the assigned work area.

🔌 Skilled Electricians

  • Carry out electrical wiring, cabling, conduit fixing, and termination works.
  • Install distribution boards, lighting, power outlets, and electrical accessories.
  • Read electrical drawings and follow safe working practices.
  • Assist in testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems.

🚿 Plumbers

  • Install and maintain plumbing pipes, fixtures, valves, and fittings.
  • Perform pipe cutting, threading, joining, and pressure testing.
  • Read plumbing layouts and ensure leak-free, code-compliant installations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work area.

🔩 Pipe Fitters

  • Fabricate, assemble, and install piping systems for HVAC, chilled water, and fire fighting.
  • Perform pipe cutting, grooving, threading, and flanging as required.
  • Read isometric and piping drawings accurately.
  • Ensure proper supports, alignment, and jointing quality.

📶 ELV Technicians

  • Install, terminate, and test ELV cabling and devices (CCTV, SMATV, data, intercom, etc.).
  • Pull cables, fix containment, and connect field devices per drawings.
  • Assist in system commissioning and fault finding.
  • Follow safety and quality procedures at all times.

💨 Ductman

  • Fabricate, assemble, and install GI / sheet metal ducts and accessories.
  • Read ducting drawings and ensure correct sizing, routing, and supports.
  • Perform duct jointing, sealing, and insulation works.
  • Coordinate with other trades to avoid site clashes.

🔥 Welders

  • Perform welding works (arc/MIG/TIG) on pipes, supports, and steel structures.
  • Read welding symbols and follow approved WPS procedures.
  • Ensure weld quality, joint preparation, and post-weld cleaning.
  • Strictly follow hot-work permits and safety precautions.

🧰 General Helpers

  • Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, loading/unloading, and housekeeping.
  • Support installation works by holding, fetching tools, and cleaning work areas.
  • Follow instructions from the chargehand/foreman and maintain site safety.
  • Perform general labor duties as assigned by the site team.

✅ General Requirements

  • Relevant site experience in the applied position within MEP / construction.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings (for technical & supervisory roles).
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
  • Physically fit and willing to work on construction sites in Dubai.
  • Valid UAE visa status (transferable / cancelled visa preferred – confirm via WhatsApp).
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team.
