1️⃣ Administration & Logistics Officer

Job Description:
The Administration & Logistics Officer will oversee the day‑to‑day administrative and logistics functions of the Dubai operations, including employee mobilization, transportation, travel, camp/accommodation management, and coordination with project teams, suppliers, and government authorities. This role is ideal for a well‑organized professional with prior camp‑management exposure in construction or Oil & Gas environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day‑to‑day administrative and logistics operations.
  • Handle employee mobilization, transportation, travel arrangements, and documentation.
  • Manage camp operations, including accommodation arrangements, room allocation, camp facilities, and coordination with service providers.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance reports, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate with project teams for manpower and logistics requirements.
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and government authorities.
  • Prepare reports and support smooth business operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration and logistics.
  • Experience in camp management within the construction, Oil & Gas, or industrial sector is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of manpower accommodation management and related coordination.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

2️⃣ Storekeeper (Scaffolding Experience)

Job Description:
The Storekeeper will be responsible for the complete material‑control cycle of scaffolding materials and equipment — from receipt and storage to issuance, stock reporting, and documentation. Candidates with hands‑on scaffolding knowledge and inventory‑control experience in industrial or construction projects will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage receipt, storage, issuance, and control of scaffolding materials and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate material requirements.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and ensure proper storage of materials.
  • Maintain documentation related to material movement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Storekeeper.
  • Strong knowledge of scaffolding materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, construction, or industrial projects is preferred.
  • Good inventory management and reporting skills.

3️⃣ Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Job Description:
The PRO will manage all UAE government‑related documentation, approvals, and compliance — including visas, labour permits, Emirates ID, licence renewals, and liaison with key authorities such as MOHRE, GDRFA, and ICP. Arabic reading/writing ability is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle UAE government‑related documentation and approvals.
  • Process employment visas, labour permits, Emirates ID, and immigration requirements.
  • Liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, and other government authorities.
  • Manage company licence renewals and official documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour and immigration regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a PRO.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labour and immigration procedures.
  • Good communication skills and ability to manage government relations.
  • Ability to read and write Arabic is required.
  • UAE driving licence is preferred.
