Job Description

Azizi Developments is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Joinery to manage and supervise on-site joinery installation activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring the work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in joinery installation, finishing works, and interior fit-out project supervision in the UAE or GCC.

Job Positions

1) Site Supervisor – Joinery

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day joinery installation activities on-site
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications
  • Monitor quality, project progress, and safety compliance
  • Prepare daily site progress reports
  • Resolve on-site technical issues and manage manpower efficiently

Requirements

  • 5+ years of UAE/GCC experience in joinery or interior fit-out projects
  • Strong knowledge of joinery installation and finishing works
  • Ability to read shop drawings and technical plans
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
