✔️ More than 4 years of experience as a Sales Manager in Abu Dhabi
✔️ Abu Dhabi real estate market experience is a must
✔️ Proven track record in leading and managing high-performing sales teams
✔️ Strong leadership, recruitment, and team development skills
✔️ Ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets
