Quantity Surveyor
Qualifications and Requirements
- With a minimum of 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Experienced in Preparation of Progress payment applications and variation claims.
- Proactive to obtain confirmation and approval for the claims from the clients.
- Experience in preparation of vendors’ payment certificates.
- Experience in Preparation of Final as-built quantity and Final value.
- Proactive in quantity verification for the Lump sum contracts.
- Experience in preparation of various commercial reports.
- High level of attentiveness and maintaining accuracy in all details and levels.
- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft especially in MS-office (excel, & word & power point)
- Knowledge of construction contracts is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- UAE driving license, registered Society of Engineers certificate by DM & experience in Precast concrete are the advantages.
