Title: Executive Assistant to CEO/COO
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive executive support, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and communication handling.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation on behalf of the CEO.
* Manage property-related tasks such as tenant communication, maintenance coordination, contractor management, and basic financial oversight.
* Ensure all properties are well-maintained, compliant, and operating smoothly.
* Assist with project coordination, research, and administrative tasks as required.
* Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in executive support, property management, or a similar administrative role.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Verbal communication in Gujarati would be an added advantage.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
* High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively.

Salary
* 4500–5000 (monthly)
