About the Role
A leading company in Dubai is looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant with strong UAE experience. Candidates from Fire Fighting companies will be given top priority. MEP service backgrounds may be considered based on technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Manage daily accounting entries & financial records
✔️ Handle accounts payable and receivable
✔️ Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
✔️ Manage VAT filing, compliance & income tax
✔️ Perform bank reconciliations and maintain banking relations (including LC)
✔️ Use accounting software for data entry & report generation
✔️ Support internal and external audits
✔️ Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of reports
Requirements
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
🔹 Minimum 5 years UAE accounting experience
🔹 Strong knowledge of UAE VAT
🔹 Experience in Fire Fighting companies preferred
🔹 MEP (Electro-Mechanical) service experience acceptable (if knowledgeable about fire-fighting systems)
🔹 Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
🔹 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Salary
💰 AED 6,000 – 10,000 (based on experience)
