Salary: 5,500–6,500 AED

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts and backups.
• Support both on-site and remote users.
• Maintain overall system performance.
• Assist in IT projects and system upgrades.
🔹 Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of experience in IT support.
• CCNA certified.
• Experience with Active Directory (AD) and Office 365.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, routers, and firewalls.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is essential, with Arabic as a plus.
