- HR Generalist / HR Executive – Sharjah (UAE)
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist / HR Executive to join our team immediately at our Sharjah location.
📍 Location: Sharjah, UAE
🕒 Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred
👤 Gender Preference: Male candidates (due to operational requirements)
Key Responsibilities:
Handling end-to-end HR operations
Employee onboarding and offboarding
Payroll processing and attendance tracking
Recruitment and coordination with departments
Support in policy implementation and compliance
Requirements:
Proven experience in an HR Generalist or Executive role (UAE experience preferred)
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage HR operations independently
